During busy periods, launches, or holidays, processing may take a little longer — we appreciate your patience.

Please note: Depending on the product and availability, some orders may take up to 1–4 weeks or more to be shipped out. We’ll always keep you updated.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping Times

Responsibility After Shipment

Once we hand your package over to the carrier, it’s in the carrier’s hands to complete the delivery.

Shipping Addresses

TuttioStudio isn’t able to reroute packages once they’ve shipped. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship it.
