At TuttioStudio, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns after an order has been placed and/or shipped.
Special Circumstances
While refunds or returns are not guaranteed, TuttioStudio may review concerns on a case-by-case basis under special circumstances only. Any consideration is at our sole discretion and does not create an obligation.
If you contact us regarding a concern, you must do so within 7 days of delivery and include:

Submitting a request does not mean it will be approved.
Non-Refundable
TuttioStudio does not provide refunds or returns for, including but not limited to:

Shipping delays or carrier issues

Chargebacks
We kindly ask that you do not submit chargebacks or open claims with your bank or credit card company. Doing so forfeits 100% of the order value, regardless of the outcome. TuttioStudio reserves the right to dispute all chargebacks with documented proof of fulfillment. Instead, please email us at TuttioStudioOfficial@gmail.com and we will assist you as quickly as possible. This is the fastest and best way to resolve any issues for both you and us.
Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
